i think i got it....i pulled out the chip loader and chip holder like the directions say but it wasnt staying very hot so i took both of them all the way out and now its on its way!

made it to 170 in just under 11 hours..sprayed a little apple juice on it

i think my pellets were just too moist and it was too humid last night....
