Big campout this weekend and I'm bringing my smoker. I have the 18" smokevault. I'm going to do chicken (either whole or qtrs) and ribs. Any thoughts on how much food I should make and how much I could fit in the vault at a time? The most I've done in there at once thus far has been 1 bird, 3 racks of baby backs, and a fatty.

thanks in advance...

I would probably figure 1/3 slab and 1/4 chicken for the adults, and just a couple of bones and a leg for the kids or something.....at the most.

Good luck.

I think you answered your own question!!
