Not usually big on smoked fish but I love grilled trout.....will be watching this one

Went on smoker at 100pm. Finished time 330pm with internal of 156. Turned out great.

I saw a reichlen episode where he was smoking trout on a cedar plank. Looked damn good! These look smoketastic!
