Hard to believe a 10 lb piece of tough meat can get so tender and juicy. My sister said her neighbor has tried to do brisket but it never comes out right. She also told me he said it shouldn't take so long to smoke it. I gave her some slices to take to him as proof he doesn't know what he's doing. lol

Actually I've never had natty lite in a can. I always get the long necks. That sound was probably the bottle cap getting pried off.
