My name is Tony and I just joined today. I found the site a month or so ago and used much of the information in producing a pretty good pork picnic shoulder. I received a Smoke Hollow Smoker, purchased from Sams Club, for Christmas and am just starting into smoking. Finally decided to join and hope to learn much more. Pic of smoker below.

Welcome to SMF zoukeeper. Looks like the MOFO's are starting to pile up. Hope to see more posts from you. Don't forget to put your dot on the SMF Map (The SMF Pushpin Map Has a Home!! ) so we can show those Michigan folks who's boss!

Are there any other kind of fans??
