Jeff or whoever knows , I am going to smoke a ham for Easter and I read your forum on the ham with rum injection . My question is should I use spiced or silver ( clear) , I don't know I what type u suggested , or is it just a preference .. Thank u
Quick question ? My ribs have been on for about 2 1/2 hrs now it's time to wrap in foil . My question is do I wrap each slab by it self or can I double up the slabs ? I am following or trying to following the 3 2 1 method ..

Gary ,thanks very much for the info . My smoker is a cheap brinkman horizontal with fire box opposite of smoke stack . Well I guess ( didn't know) will season tonight before

I really don't know how to use it , I know I load smoker box with hot coal and wood chips to smoke , but do I use the larger part of the grill also
