Smoker all ready to go it,'s 6:51 am and its 1.1 deg F. With todays HIGH a warm in tosty 25 F. Football beer and aaaaaa did some one say smoke.. I don't think so the only smoke you will see is the thick black RED FIR smoke coming out of the fire place...I don't think safeway has 18 bottles of...
Can't say i hate the cold lee but about the end of Jan. iam done with it. But its not done not even close. It has been cold in OR too 5-10 at night mid 20- 30's during the day can't wait till it gets a little warmer so i can smoke too. hope it comes soon happy smokin LEE.........
I'm gonna have to order a thermometer soon. I'm on the fence about the Maverick. Lots of folks like it and yet, it also has a lot of bad reviews with the probes and such. Should i get 2 thermometers, one for meat and one for the smoker? Or a thermometer with 2 probes? What brands and models do...
Thanks Damon 555 I have smoked cheese a few times and it had more color. But also little to much heat. This time heat was good no color.. I will see in a few weeks when when i open it back up.
Thank you smokingB ill let you know in a few weeks.. took it out at about 2hrs 45min. The smoke looked good in the smoker but cheese did not have much color it was around 75-80 deg.first time with the amazn pellet smoker maybe i should move it closer it was a little hard to get started but once...
