Todd--congratulations on this significant milestone.
Now that you have perfected the A-Maze-N product line,
your next challenge is to bottle your customer service and sell it.
Welcome to the forum fellow Texan.
This is a great place to learn and share your latest smokes.
BTW--this is a brutal bunch if you do not post pictures of your smokes.
X2
We usually have some left over oil from the latest fry to use.
My neighbors would fire their pit up and almost immediately I could smell the lighter fluid (and we live in the country).
That was enough to convince me I had no use for lighter fluid!
Welcome fellow Texan.
I'm just down the road from you in the Piney Woods of East Texas.
This is a great place to learn and share your knowledge.
Be warned--these folks are brutal if you talk about your latest smoke,
but fail to provide pictures.
See what I mean?
I suggest you try Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans.
Use the search bar above to find it.
It is absolutely delicious and works well in the smoker with the AMNPS.
I substitute a large can of chunked pineapple and add more jalapenos
to the recipe.
X2--I have bought my fair share of H-D shirts as well as other clothing and $25 for a quality T-shirt ain't bad.
How about $36 for a pair of H-D fingerless gloves that last less than one season or $300+ for a 5K mile oil change/service (which is why I do it myself)?
Scarbelly was always ready to pass along a complement on anyone's latest smoking venture.
He will be sorely missed by all.
My condolences to his family.
Gary--RIP.
I was viewing the recent posts trying to decide what to smoke last weekend and came across HarleySmoker's
Burrito Fatty and Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans. They sounded like a good combination to me. So...
A trip to the local grocery store and I had the ingredients.
I stuffed some of the peppers...
I'm in.
This should be an interesting debate.
I too, have always thought "bone-in", but have no real basis for such an opinion.
It may be the -- "that's the way we've always done it" mentality.
We will take you up on that offer.
We make the annual trip from Texas every year and stay at the KOA in Hill City.
No room for the smoker on the bike, but we still manage to cook out on the Coleman every evening.
BTW--Welcome to the board.
