Hi all, been awhile since I've been on this site. I was able to buy 6 lbs of bulk breakfast sausage. Was thinking of mixing it with 6 lbs of venison. Do you think I would have to add any spices or is there enough in the breakfast pork sausage already ?
Thanks for al your replys guys. I guess I have to get with the times and get a food saver. The beef/pork ss came out great, the venison/pork was to dry for my liking. I guess it will end up in the chilli pot.
