    But a pellet tube and use it in lieu of the chips. Amazen is one brand. Place it in bottom of smoker or use a mailbox mod. Lots of posts on this issue to search for other ideas.

    Befriend a farmer. I have a free unlimited supply of oak and hickory. Also has a hydraulic splitter. He also has a large apple tree that will soon be part of my wood pile.

    A whole sirloin is good on the rotisserie. Can slice thin and have Sandwiches for everyone if looking to save some pennies over a rib roast. Turkeys are good too.

    I use the u bolt and as long as i let it burn for five min outside the smoker it never goes out in my yoder. I light it with a propane torch.
