Nice job, the mozz looks perfect! Thank you for posting this, I have never had any luck with anything but whole milk. Didn’t know it wasn’t available in Canada.
Keith is right on the commercial slicers, they are a much better choice if you can find a used one, but we had a 12” slicer & it was just too heavy to move around ( for us ). So we have a Chef’s Choice 645. We bought a smooth blade & sharpening stones for it also. It works for everything we...
Looks kinda cool. I have a Camp Chef & just keep the top seasoned like cast iron. The only problem I see is if any moisture got under the silicone, the metal would rust quickly. I think I would just keep the top oiled & use the factory metal cover. That way you would get air flow, and then a...
An Apple Watch has fall detection built in. If you fall & don’t respond to the watches warning it will dial 911, and or an emergency contact. I had to turn mine off because when working in the yard it would trigger the alarm.

Your ribs look delicious 🤤!
It’s great to be able to have ribs on the spur of the moment!

That’s some fine looking tri-tip, Brian!
Have you looked at Publix or asked the butcher at Publix?
Our Publix has been stocking them for quite some time, even if they don’t have them they can order them for you. Or you can get USDA Prime tri-tip from wild Fork foods. Happy Thanksgiving!

@ThermoWorks, welcome to SMF as a sponsor. We use several of your products, including a 13 year old Thermapen, several thermopops, & 10 year old smoke. Everything is still accurate, and except for occasional battery changes, we have had zero issues with any of your products.

Here is a great video on how to skin a belly. He makes it look easy, but I have tried it & it works, much like skinning a fish. You just need a curved knife so you don’t cut the skin.

Eye went right over us, just got power & internet back. The hurricane was nothing compared to the tornado that took down our oak tree. My security cam caught the whole thing. Best part was the tree fell on my neighbor’s lawn who hates me! Karma!
