    Bhut Jolokia aka Ghost Chile

    I just pulled my first four Bhut's from the garden. My question is, what can a person do with them?I just grew them to see if anyone would try one. Quite frankly, I am scared to even try em. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Here is a pic of them.

    My first attempt doing frog legs. Didn't take any pics of before & during, just after. Smoked @ 250f using pecan. I sampled 1 before the wife gets home. Tasted really good.

    1st Brisket smoke on the MES

    This is my first brisket smoke. Sorry I didn't get any prep pics. Using Jeff's rub & Ronp's method. Got pecan makin the TBS. By the way, this is a 12.75 # piece of meat. This pic is after I put it in the smoker. More to come...

    2 Butt Smoke w/ Qview

    the long stall

    I'm smoking 2 butts in my recently purchased MES. My first time doing butts in it. One has stalled @158*, the other @150*... for over 2 hours now!! Is this usual in the MES? Never had em stall this long before in my ECB. Thanks in advance for any input.
