    Actually close to 3 hours in my ECB with an afterburner at 200 over apple wood, so I could get other things done around the yard, and finished on the Webber with some heat to crisp them up.  Naked other than rub until the last 30 minutes.  A total of roughly 4 hours.

    I use a pan cause it catches all the juice and keeps the loaf moist, and it has plenty of smoke as well

    I guess we are still stuck in the old days here in Maine- we still play horseshoes......  Dont think I could get used to a game called "cornhole"  theres a whole different meaning that comes to mind, and thats no game

    I think the bear claws are great, but like I said metal ones would be even better.  They are also good for moving hot food around, with the additional spikes you can lift things like a butt that is about to fall to pieces with ease.
