I bought a 3 pack of BBR at Costco. When I try to remove the membrane I can't get it started and now I'm destroying my racks. I've tried the traditional way by using a butter knife at the end and pulling with a dry paper towel.

Tried ribs for the first time this weekend. I used the 3-2-1 method and Butt Rub dry rub. Although the taste was good they were very tough. Hard to pull the meat off the bone. The meat itself was mostly tender.

Thanks Jim. I did the burnoff as directed. Made burgers last night that were really good. It smells like the pellets are burning too fast but I'm not sure. I am using the competition blend pellets.
