    Finally finished my bags of Kingsford briquettes, so I figured now is the time to try out a new fuel source, but had a few questions..

    I’ve got a Gravity 980 and have been using Expert Grill briquets from Walmart. They are rumored to be made by Royal Oak. I’ve been pleased with them after many cooks and price is good.

    Good morning all - 14 of these are Slap ya Mama Hot and 6 are basic chicken rub. I’ve got them on 220 High Smoke with Lumber Jack hickory pellets.

    Thanks everyone - I really appreciate your comments! I did not use any seasonings on these other than some pepper on the livers. The next batch I’ll season the livers with crushed rosemary.
