Had a lot of tenderloin left over so we made egg rolls out of some of it.
You can really taste the smoke flavor in them.
6C ground pork tenderloin
1 10 oz bag of angel hair cole slaw
3TSBP soy sauce
3TSBP sesame oil
salt and pepper
Roll up in egg roll wrappers and fry until golden brown...
This is not a sauce but thats how we use it. It really goes with the pork tenderloin great.
16oz sour cream
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
1 cucumber peeled seeded and diced
equal parts of onion and celery
1-2 tsp fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste

Well hope you like them as well as we did. I was a lot afraid of the pineapple but it sort of just melts away as it cooks its a great place to use some of the BBQ sauce recipes you can find here on the forum.
This is the beans we tried this weekend trashed the old one. Everyone liked them really well said they as good as the old reliable recipe but not as heavy as sugary. I was really stunned.

Im always proud of this family but make no mistake a meal like that one i put them all to work the kitchen good food makes a lot of good times. I cant wait to try the new toys out cast iron cook ware is a little hard to find but works and holds up on the smoker great.
You know like with any recipe it aint etched in stone a little bacon or corn or every red bell pepper would be good just depends on your taste or menu guess you can tell im the recipe gal right now im working on ways to use the left overs not as easy as you would think. Hope you try it out...
This is the best cornbread recipe ive found for the smoker so far its moist and rises like it should. This is the cornbread we cooked over the weekend.

Thanks for all of the welcomes. There may be a few things we dont do togather as a family but cooking and eating aint one of them. Some of this families best times are around the General. Yes a bus would be a good idea cause when we get togather we are our own crowd.
