    Posting Videos

Hi everyone, I’ve been checking in some but life has gotten hectic with work, kids, and other things. Chilerelleno sent me his one chip challenge towards the end of last year and I haven’t figured out how to send or post the video. Can anyone help me with how to send it to him please? Thanks!

    Ham and Potato Soup

Just a quick question. I’ve made my moms ham and potato soup with the leftover bone when I have smoked hams in the past. This time the bone is too big to submerge in the pot to cook down. Can I use a sawzall with a new clean blade to cut in half?

    Blackstone Breakfast

So for Christmas my wife got me a 28” Blackstone griddle. A few buddies have them and gave great reviews and after seeing everything posted here I knew it was a necessity. Only thing I’ve done on it has been bacon, pancakes and hash browns but can’t wait to do some fajitas, cheesesteaks, etc...

    First Prime Rib Advice

Hi everyone, It’s been a while since posting since my second child had his first birthday today. My...

Just to preface I used my WSM with apple chunks and some oak chips someone gave me. Just used a store rub and ran anywhere from about 275-300. It took right around 12...

smoking a bone in and boneless ham

Tomorrow I was planning on smoking a 9 lb bone in ham using Bear's guide like I did before for my 2 brother in laws. My mother in law got a boneless spiral cut ham that is 8 lbs and said to smoke that too so we have leftovers (which is a great idea)! Just wondering on how long the boneless ham...

    Double Smoked Ham this weekend

So this weekend I decided to try my hand at doing a double smoked ham.  After doing some research on this website and Bearcarver's step by step index, I came up with my plan.  I found a local IGA supermarket that had bone in hams for $0.99/lb so I picked up one weighing about 9.9 lbs.  I trimmed...

    Vegetarian ABTs

I am going to do some wrapped in bacon for everyone else and some for her. I just was curious as to what you all would recommend putting in both. I have some cream...
