Trying to please the family this weekend by restocking everyone with some treats. This is day 1 of the weekend. 20 pounds of rings and 20 pounds of sticks. Tomorrow is 30 pounds of ghost pepper cheese sticks. Those knock your socks off. Happy smoking everyone! Be safe!

Hey Ed. Well my uncle does his bologna more traditional with a finer grind. I personally like it a little more coarse. But basic ingredients were onion, garlic, cajun seasonings in mine (like I said i'm not very traditional), salt pepper, mustard seed, cardamom. I think thats about it...
