    Jeff or whoever knows , I am going to smoke a ham for Easter and I read your forum on the ham with rum injection . My question is should I use spiced or silver ( clear) , I don't know I what type u suggested , or is it just a preference .. Thank u

    Quick question ? My ribs have been on for about 2 1/2 hrs now it's time to wrap in foil . My question is do I wrap each slab by it self or can I double up the slabs ? I am following or trying to following the 3 2 1 method .. Thanks Tuze
