    Sriracha Chicken

    Rubbed down with a Sriracha Compound Butter and covered with Sriracha Powder and Italian Dressing Mix. Smoked at 250 for 2 hours then 325 for 1 hour and 20 min. i forgot to put the beans in until the last hour, but they were fine. I’m becoming a big fan of the Sriracha Powder.

    Spinach and mushroom chicken fattie

    After years of saying I was going to make a Fattie Piston, I did it. So now I had to try it out. Had some fresh spinach and mushrooms with Asiago, Parm and Mozzarella. The piston worked great! Rolled out italian chicken sausage and rolled it, then bacon wrap.
