    smoked turkey legs

    So my wife really missed the renaissance fair turkey legs so I decided to make a few :). Came out great! I smoked for 4 hours at 225 then I cranked up the heat on the pellet smoker to 500 and basted it with olive oil/rub to crisp up the skin.
