    So it's been awhile but here h oes 6.5 lbs of pork belly, mustard honey salt garlic and pepper rub, about 7 hours on the smoke, temp at 185, rested for 45 minutes cubed sauced and spiced, another 45 to 55 on the smoke, and watched it disappear!

    Tech problems need help

    Its just so weird cause it did not do this before. I know they did some work to the server, and our computer also crashed, and was replaced so between the two things I dont know what has changed. Anyway got it figured out kinda.:sausage:
