    The rub I make is as follows 3tbs medium ground pink salt 2 tbs black pepper 2 tbs garlic powder 3 tbs paperika 2 tbs onion powder 1tbs ancho chilled powder 1 tbs dry yellow mustard 1/2 cup brown sugar I used mustard as a sticking agent.
