My local Giant started carrying Hatfield St Louis style ribs. They come pretrimmed, about 3lbs a rack, previously frozen.

Indeed we did run 14 butts on her last weekend, turned out great! The thing holds heat well, we're getting good flow from the firebox, under the heat shield, over the meat and out the stacks. I gotta say, the apple juice injection system works like a charm
