    Hatfield Ribs - Experiences?

    Indeed we did run 14 butts on her last weekend, turned out great!  The thing holds heat well, we're getting good flow from the firebox, under the heat shield, over the meat and out the stacks.  I gotta say, the apple juice injection system works like a charm Here's some pics from the weekend
