    OMG!! I tried and failed big time the first time smoking brisket, but i tried again today and it was AWESOME!!!! I did a 6 pound flat and it was totally melt in your mouth!!!

    Just by looking, since they didnt have much pull from the bone i would say they werent quite done enough...maybe keep them on a little longer next time..everything else looked really good though!!!Thumbs Up

    I foiled all but one rack.. those are baby backs with some loin meat!! Found them at Sam's for 3.98 lb!!! Getting ready to eat now!!

    Water, that's a great idea!!! I think I will keep one unfoiled for me and see the difference. I'm cooking at 225. Also, I think I'll do an Apple cherry combo!

    Electric smoker, using Apple wood. I used a combo of rubs and brown sugar...I'm glad u asked about th foil, the 1st time I used the 3-2-1 method..should I try with our without? The wife and kids prefer the f-o-b ribs.. but I just am after the best I can get!!

    So i bought a 7.8 lb picnic shoulder to cook tomorrow.. I just put my rub on it and its on the fridge to start cooking at 9-10 tomorrow morning.. Im using hickory and cherry for smoke.. Ill keep everyone updated tomorrow!!! Can someone let me know how to post pics so i can show u guys how it...

    Hey everyone! I'm brand new to this but I'm very excited! I hope to learn from you all and make some good meats!! I learning on an electric smoker. I made ribs over the weekend and they turned out pretty good..next up is pulled pork!
