This weeks ad had Chuck Roast in it for $5.99/lb. Not great but not bad. Now 2 weeks ago I got a small 9lb brisket for $3.99/lb. Ground beef around here is over $6/lb. So I said why not make brisket/chuck burgers? Ground it all up today. Will put up pictures of the grind mixture and packaging...

Update for everyone. Jerry had to have another surgery for this today and is recovering. He asked me to post this and said he would update soon. Keep him and Karen in your thoughts and prayers.

I always seem to have 1 bun that breaks completely in half so I use the 6th one instead. But I truly believe its to keep the price the same but give less. Gatorade did it a few years ago. Changed bottle style and went from 32oz to 28oz but price point was the same. Seen the same with Ice cream...

SAMs had Choice for this price and only had one that was horrible looking.

Saw that and saw that they suspect him for others and in 2010 he shot and killed his father and was charged with Manslaughter - Was released in 2020. Its a shame that his actions are causing so much physical and mental damage.
