Been a while, and I have recently upgraded/moved away from my Dyna Glo Offset to a new Pellet Smoker.
Got me a GMG Ledge ( Fathers Day Gift from my Son).
Anyone else have one of these.. any recommended upgrades besides of course the Pizza Oven and Rotisserie.

I have a local guy I'm getting wood from for my smoker.
He mixed in some Mountain Ash, he says.. he also says it is fine for smokers.
Just wanted to see if the group here has any thoughts.. added a pic of the pile for reference to see if it actually is Mountain Ash as I looked it up...

Just got my first smoker.. Dyna Glo offset vertical. Sealed up all the gaps after I put it together...
Looking at possibly ordering this Thermo Pro TP 920 from Amazon for my new smoker.
It has 2 probes.. i would use 1 for meat and other for smoker temperature.
Any thoughts or recommendations before I pull the trigger?

Ordered my first Smoker on Sunday and it has just arrived today.
Went with the Dyna-Glo offset vertical ( the smaller one ) as my first baby.
Chose this one mainly due to price and web searching about it...
