Trying something new today. Have done this sauce before on chicken skewers and such on the grill.
First filet breasts out a bit then smash em out between wax paper.

Burnt out , cleaned out , and for no good reason at all lit a applewood fire in it to pre-season a bit.
Assembled my ash pan onto the threaded rods ( stainless )
Added the basket
Attatched the grill
sawed rods off then added hinge and chain
added a trowel for front handle...
Lookin for a cheap welder to do light mods on my smokers. Have not welded since high school so not really up on em . Found this el cheapo at a local kragen and wondered if it would be good enough for light duty stuff.

There is a place here that sells supplies for making biodiesel. Thought these would make a cool u.d.s. lids till I saw the price. They also have drums for $ 20 !! look new. So if there is a place in your area that has one of these biodiesel places ( maybe just a cali. thing but dono ) check it...
