Smoked up some pork country style ribs.
Used apple wood and smoked them around 220 four about 4-5 hours and couldn't wait, had to chow down.

Anyway, got a 7.5 lb loin on along with a batch of Dutch's wicked beans.
Got some apple wood and hickory, temp around 225 to 230 s right now.

I have heard some people rub their ribs with mustard before they put the rub on. I'n not a huge mustard fan, but they say you cant really taste the mustard when you do this.
