Thanks Dan for the thoughtful reply.
I did quite a bit of digging into recipes and wound up where I am though I had never heard of adding yeast into her diet. There's a lot of yeast types and I've found zero out there on details.
As it is, she is 65 pounds and my vet said that water intake is...
When my son was 10 I got him a Beretta 391 "youth" which worked pretty good for him. Unfortunately I think they're no longer made and most other shotguns do not work well on a youth's body type unless they're large.
I've bought a number of firearms on Gunbroker and unless the seller is local to me in South Florida where I can do a face to face transaction I ONLY buy from a FFL dealer.
The gunshow route or if you have a local online selling route those are the best options.
I have not had cable or satellite in over 20 years. When I "pulled the plug" I spent the equivalent monthly fees of cable in DVD/Blu Ray and now have 3000+ samples. Kids, crime, adventure, toons, comedy, series, military, SciFi, nature, PBS, you name it I have it.
At my age (74) I can see one...
My Lab/Pit mix has chronic kidney disease (ckd) and to supplement the $$ special canned kidney dog food I make her boiled white meat chicken (sometimes added beef or pork), carrots, zucchini, sweet peppers, green beans, squash and some white rice. Her ckd has not advanced much in 2 years and...
Yes so far. The SS water and charcoal bowls clean up in a snap, it's solid and at its price point is surprisingly well made. Though at some point in the "chilly" :-) south Florida winters I may need to mod the dual vent system to a single. I don't think it will be a good choice for colder climes.
Well, it's been a long time since I had a smoker like this, but my first few sessions reminded me that without a grate below the charcoal can get smothered by ash.
This thread had my mouth watering so we pickled a dozen last Sunday and I ordered a jar of McCormick pickling spices to play with and it came in today.
The problem with it there were HUNDREDS of cloves in it and of all the things in the world I did not expect was a couple of hundred cloves... I...
Crazzy you are correct, more steel means less resistance to rust. I received it this morning and the only parts that a magnet will stick to are the grills.
This is made of marine quality stainless. Very happy with it AND it's made in the U.S.A!!!
Way to go Meco corp!
After a couple of years of rusting my last smoker went to the dump so I'm looking at the old style smokers (see pic) but this time in stainless steel to see how well it lasts under the covered eave and covered to protect it from the Florida weather outdoors.
So, since I cannot store it indoors...
I have a mature mulberry tree (in addition to mango) and I've used the trimmings over the years in my fire pit but recently I had to trim it back radically due to a large broken branch.
Initially I thought I'd easily have a free cord of firepit wood but I read that it's a very good wood for...
ummm Isn't ALL salt mined from long gone dead seas? If white table salt does not have a specific method of removing any artifacts from "the sea" I would only imagine any benefit from a scare like this would come from Morton?
I use it and while I have no allergies to seafood if I WERE allergic...
