    New smoker what should I cook to pop her cherry?

    Ok, I ended up starting with Pork Tenderloin. I have four loins on right now. Two with a mix of seasoning, one with lemon pepper, and one with yellow mustard and brown sugar. Going to cook 3hrs at 225.

    Starting 5 racks of ribs today in the Big Chief Smoker. Rub ratios is as follows: Salt (2 TP), Pepper (1 TP), Garlic (1 TP), and Brown Sugar (1 TP). I' am going to smoke these with Apple wood and some Cherry wood for 3 hours.  Then wrap them and cook on 220 for another 2 hours. Then the last...

    I understand and not taking hard. I asked him about washing them when he gave me the instruction and he said no. Going to let them sit for a couple of days then take the bones out.
