I am having a party next weekend, 11/23 but wanted to smoke my baby backs this weekend. is it best to freeze and reheat or can i keep wrapped in my fridge?

Took it to 165 as suggested and came out great. Went to a local brewery , met a few friends and we all enjoyed. Thanks to all. I did pour the rest out. I think I caught a break by keeping the bottle in my fridge this whole time
I just injected a 10 lb Boston Butt and threw on my Traeger. After cleaning up my kitchen I notice the expiration date on my apple juice is past expiration. Juice looked a little darker but did not notice a bad smell. Will the pork be safe to eat if the juice is bad? No juice left to taste. I am...
Thanks for all the help. Pork came out great. Took 13 hours at 225. Reheated in pan with juices from smoke. Had requests from friends to send some samples over and then asked for seconds! Thanks to all once again
I was thinking of smoking a pork butt tomorrow but want for Saturdays dinner. What is the best way to keep the pork butt fresh and also what is the best way to reheat?
I am a fairly new smoker. had a 30 MES last year. My kids got me a Treager 22 pellet grill and I like the pellet better. So far i have smoke ribs, pulled pork and a brisket this past weekend. My family seems to agree as we all like the finished product better with the pellet grill
Will do. I wanted to smoke another right away as meat came out great besides the salt. I threw some apricot bbq sauce on it and it dulled most of the salt. Maybe this weekend
