    I purchased a roll of self adhesive nomex for my master built dual fuel 2 door Smoker. I've read that it's better to apply the nomex on the doors as opposed to the unit itself, anyone have experience or input on which is better? Thx

    Any suggestions on an alternate thermometer other than the stock thermometer that comes with the master built pro smoker? I've seen a lot of reviews that say the stock thermometer is not accurate.

    The manual says to smoke for 1 hour at 350 degrees, let unit cool, reapply a coat of oil and burn again for 20 minutes.

    I'm PG77 and new to smoking and this forum. I recently bought a master built pro dual fuel 2 door smoker. Just put it together and I purchased the nomex gasket pack to seal the doors. If anyone has any other suggestions as far as modifications go it would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward...
