Dont need 4 probes. I only cook for myself. My GMG has wifi control w/ a probe so this gives me 3 remote's if I ever cook that much..for myself, lol.

Here's the stock ignitor that didn't last a year. Never did a cook over 225 degrees.
Heat shield crispy and crumbled at slightest touch.
Replaced. Have 2 spares now.
I've done a few experiments. Read you could throw something completely frozen in and cook.
Tried a butt and a ham, frozen solid. 4 hrs to cook fully. I admit, no where near as good as smoking but a good rub and sauce makes it 10x better than Fast Food.
