Awesome lookin Turkey!! Does the peanut oil help crisp up the skin? My father in law used to make them on his charcoal grill before he passed away and I have never been able to make a turkey that tasted as good as his, but will continue to try!
That sucks about your grill, but I agree check with customer service and get it figured out before trying it again. Glad your not giving up on that brisket!! Hope it all turns our great!
Looks real good for liver! The texture gets me also, and its not my favorite thing to eat, but I am definatley going to try it your way when I try it again! Thanks for the idea!
LOOKS AWESOME!! Great idea, I will definatley have to try it! I can see why the neighbors dog is your buddy when you make him or her stuff like that!! Im not real good at reading Klingon, but you just may be right. Thanks for the recipe!
You cant go wrong with smoked cheese! I am to the point I prefer the taste over unsmoked cheese now. Hardest part is waiting to eat it, but if you smoke a big batch hopefully it will last awhile. A lot of time the longer you wait the better it tastes. Sounds like a vacuum sealer is a good idea...
