    Mustard Sauce

    Hey Cheech, I use it for a glaze with ribs and chicken and use it as a sauce for briskett and pork, but you can pretty much do whatever you want with it.

    Sliced and ready to eat, well not yet gotta foil it up and go to the mother in laws. The ends seem a little dry but I like what i see from the center this was taken off the smoker when it hit 145. Time to go eat :P
