    I just eye balled it, I tried less but it just did not seem to work out..... I seen the chicken blue recipe..  That is on the list of future items!!! Thanks

    Got them done, 2 hrs in smoker at 250, used cherry wood.  Very Tasty, I did not try them all but the family was pleased!!

    Did not get a lot of pics, hamburger on the camera was a no no.  Tried mushrooms and Swiss cheese, jalapeno and pepper-jack cheese, bacon and sharp Cheddar, bacon and blue cheese, peperoni olives mozzarella and marinara sauce, feta cheese artichoke and olives,  all cheese.  Used 5lbs of beef...

    At it again!! More spare ribs

    Thanks all for sharing your thoughts, last weekend I wrapped individually and got good results, this time I thought I would try the pan.... Damm the pan...... Live and learn..
