    Wow my yard is filled with hackberry trees!!  I never thought of using it too cook with. Guess I will have to try it! This is one of the bigger ones that got tore up in hurricane Ike.

    There is a laundry and sink type cleaner called WINK that I use on alot of things that have rust stains, I would be sure to wash it off good though after you use it!.

    Lump always seems to burn hotter than briquettes, and does not produce near the ash either.

    Looks good! Both the snow and the brisket. I am smoking a flat as we speak, only the weather hear in Texas is just a tad warmer...almost 70 today!!
