So going to start building a UDS soon and just a quick question. If i make 3 holes just below the top grate for puttin my meat probes and make them just big enough to fit will that actually mess with how the drum works or is that little amount of space not going to matter? Im thinking the magnet...
When i make it i use Everclear and also add some spiced rum. If you put it in a glass with a bunch of ice it is by far the best tasting strong drink I have ever had.
Well first off the guide for PP and brisket is 1.5 hours per lb for cooking time. So that is closer to 24 hours plus you want some time to rest so you might want to start the night before if you want it done. Remember you can always throw it in a cooler for hours and it will stay hot.

Got missed in mid Wisconsin mostly. About 3 inches yesterday and maybe another 3 at the most tonight. About an hour south of us got 13 or so last night and is getting another 13-18 today/tonight.
I just went and got the other one. They seem to work fine as long as i turn one on and get it working and then turn the other on. They must lock into eachother or something.
Like the topic says want to know if i can run 2 of them at the same time or will they get mest up and confused? Want to put one in each of the pieces of meat im doing this weekend.
