Welcome Steven! The people here are totally awesome in helping you with your new obsession. I too have an ECB and I just want to tell you that until you do all the mods suggested on the site, be prepared to babysit a bit. But it is exciting once you have a finished meat.
Alisha you could try what I'm doing. I bought a topsy turvy tomatoe tree hook up (I'll get Qview when I get home tonight). I'm growning 2 tomatoe plants (better boy and black cherry tomatoes), mini mixed bell peppers and tried to grow strawberrys. The tree can grow 3 tomatoe plants or peppers...

Welcome to SMF! You are so right about getting all the info you could possibly use to perfect your smoking skills. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Oh and don't forget to upload Qviews of your smokes
Welcome Deb ! I did the exact same thing you did before attempting my first pulled pork. And thanks to the smokers on this board, it turned out great! Can't wait to see how everything turns out for you.
Thank you all for the compliments. I can't wait to fire her up again. There's so much I want to try that I've seen on the board, like fatties, ABTs and everything,
