smoking and grilling with sous vide is amazing! Porktenderloin loin is phenomenal, ribs, butt and brisket are also great. Lots of resources online, highly recommend it!
Do an overnight mild salt water brine, then dry it off and coat it with garlic butter and grill or smoke it to 142°f, slice and serve.
The porktenderloin also does amazing well in an air fryer like this.
as much as I hate to admit it. when porktenderloins go on sale, I inject with Tony's garlic and herb. Stick in pellet pooper @225, the baste with BBQsauce when almost done.
I also add about a 1/2 tube of apple/hickory pellets
