I think Wagyu is a term loosely used at best. Statements such as American Wagyu, etc, seem borderline contradictory. True Japanese raised Wagyu is a different animal entirely than what I'm seeing in the US, typically speaking at least.
Wife and I tried them a few weeks ago. They seemed weirdly fake and cloying. We smoked them, then rolled on a hot grill. Not something I'd buy again but your mileage may vary. Loved the idea when I saw them!

Appreciate it! Both the greenhouse and the enclosure have been a labor of love. The greenhouse has been challenging but the enclosure really tested our patience! The helpful instructions showed the fenced roof floating up and perching itself in place effortlessly! The reality certainly differed!

I hit mine with a random orbit sander. Works great if they're rough from the factory, which many are. The lathe addition sounds awesome. How do you attach it?
