I have electric smoker MB20070421, mainly using it to smoking pork. Although overall results are not bad I have frequently problem keeping smoke at set temperature. Setting it up to maximum (275) helps to start smoking , but when its lowered smoke disappears. Can you give me any advice or suggestions?

Thank You c farmer for the greeting, I'm really glad the I stumbled onto this web-site. I have a Lang 48 inch Smoker/Cooker that I enjoy cooking on as often as I can! It does a really nice job & is so easy to operate, I recommend it to anyone interested in outdoor cooking! I'm sure there are other Cooker/Smokers out there but, I'm just not familiar with them.
