  • I'd like very much to try a fatty but not finding much on HOW.

    How much meat?
    Meats?
    Dem of meat base?
    Dem of rolled meat?

    I lean toward the "cheeseburger" fatty. I’m not finding recipes and techniques on SMF. Most from members who have already made fatty’s but I'm looking for info for beginners.
