More smoke
Just did my first pork butt yesterday in my MES 40. Used a AMPS with hickory pellets. Turned out very good but would like a little more smoke flavor. Has anyone tried lighting both ends of an AMPS for more smoke or put 2 AMPS in a smoker for more smoke? Curious if anyone has tried this. Would... -
