I gave that a shot and did a 16lb brisket. I used an AMNPS and got 12 hours of REALLY good smoke. The end product cut like butter and was amazing!!! Thanks again for the tip.
Thank you for the advice. I'm used to my pellet smoker that never seemed to get good smoke. However, I put my A-MAZE-N 12" tube in and WOW, these Masterbuilts hold that smoke REALLY good. I don't think making the cold smoker lid air tight needed anymore. :)

I've watched a ton of videos on YouTube and I really like (and see the advantages) to the cold smoker attachment. I started pricing things out to look at the "mailbox mod" but it isn't that much less than just buying the cold...
Been smoking for a few years now on a pellet smoker. I recently ventured out into the "World of Masterbuilt" and it has rejuvenated my desire to smoke so I'm back! :)

Tomorrow will be my first ever attempt at smoking a turkey. I'm super excited however I have a question.
What's the rule for Turkey? How many minutes per pound is what I'm looking for... Is there anything else I should know?

I've traveled throughout Europe and they have a very different opinion on "meats" to what we think in the US. :)

Looking for a WiFi meat thermometer that I can put next to my Traeger, have it attach to my WiFi and then be able to open an app on my phone or tablet, access the probe and see the current temp and the history of temp on the meat.
Does such unit exist?
