Anyone run one of these? If one were needing to smoke 10 briskets, 10 butts, ribs, sausage all in one run, would this be a legit buy or would you custom a stick burner?
If I take them out, it'll be to replace with a couple nice ones. It's converted from gas to stick due to issues at the burner after only a few years, leaks gas lol makes fpr interesting times. Still holds temp and smokes well...jad to reload every 3 hours or so.
