    Got the recipe for this one from smokingmeat.com and it turned out great. I wish the skin was a little more crispy but it was still the best part. I love hearing all the mmmmms while the family eats. Super simple and delicious. If you haven't done this one you should.

    I sliced it perpendicular to the grain of the meat. Isn't that what you're supposed to do? I actually cut a small corner off before I started it so I could make sure.
