    Had a little miss hap and a big fire so now I need new probes. Where is a good place to buy them and do they read true. I plug in my old ones and they read hhh and LLL

    Nope couldn't save it just glad I didn't torch the house as well. It is a master forge smoker. I have a 500 gal propane tank I'm getting ready to start on a reverse flow.

    Well boys my smoker went up in flames had to put it out burnt the brisket pretty pissed off about it now I need help do you guys like electric smokers and if so what brand do you prefer what do I need to look for???
