Well boys my smoker went up in flames had to put it out burnt the brisket pretty pissed off about it now I need help do you guys like electric smokers and if so what brand do you prefer what do I need to look for???
Found a small brisket on sale it weighs 2.02lb. Last night I covered it in Lea&perrins Worcestershire sauce and rubbed it and refrigerated overnight. Fired up the smoker @ 6:45 to 180 degrees and put the brisket in @ 7:00.
Picked up a prime rib the other day it was on sale and weighed 7.80 #. I covered it in lea and Perkins Worcestershire thick sauce and rubbed it with sea salt black pepper onion powder and garlic powder and refrigerated over night. Ps stole the recipe from bearcarver on here thanks for posting...
