    Cast Iron 2 Bone

This looks amazing. One question I have is how long did it take to get to 130 IT? I want to do this cook, but was just wondering about the overall time for planning purposes.

    Smoking a Spare

I did this rack on Sunday. Used my Camp Chef pellet grill and my TP-20 meat thermometer. Turned out excellent. Took them over to my brother's house for dinner along with his pork shoulder he made. Here's what I started with Rubbed them down with some Sweet Baby Ray's dipping sauce and...

    Saturday Baby Backs

I also follow the 2-2-1 method for baby backs, but I was also incorporating the TP-20. I found a spot in the rack where the meat is the thick and stuck it in there being careful not to get the bone. Once the my temp alert sounded I pulled the ribs and checked a few more spots to ensure the...

    ThermoPro TP20 any good?

I got it figured out.  You have to turn all devices on with probes plugged in and then hold the mode button for 2-3 seconds and it will start to re sync.

    ThermoPro TP20 any good?

Does anyone know how to re-pair the devices? My temp unit fell and the battery came out. When I put it back in everything worked but it's not syncing with the receiver.

    Bottom or Top Round...

Hello all.  I am looking for some suggestions. 1. Which do you prefer; top or bottom round? 2. How do you prepare it? I've never done either one and I am all for experimenting and doing something new.  Thanks in advance for your advice.

    First Tri Tip

Sunday afternoon I tried my first tri tip and did it on the charcoal grill.  I got a little information and advice from dirtsailor2003 and I think it was a success.  The family wasn't sure what to expect and kept asking what it was, but the results speak for themselves.  They loved it.   Here's...
